A service defined together

TRAME NEUVE offers graphic-design creation and advice. Each project begins by clarifying the need, audiences, media and constraints. Website descriptions are starting offers, not an instant order or a promise to accept every project.

Quotation and commitment

Before commitment, a quotation or contract specifies deliverables, the total tax-inclusive consumer price, potential extras, schedule, payment arrangements, responsibilities and rights. Its validity period is stated there. The project sheet creates no obligation to buy.

Scope and feedback

Starting quantities are listed on each service page. The base proposal includes two consolidated feedback rounds within the selected direction and scope, unless the quotation specifies otherwise. New media, a change of direction or significant content changes are assessed and agreed before execution.

Timing

Website timings are indicative working days for the described scope. They assume an agreed start, receipt of required content and consolidated decisions. Approval waiting time, scope changes and dependencies on other providers may affect the schedule, which is confirmed for the project.

Supplied materials

The client supplies proofread text, approved information and materials for which they hold necessary rights. They identify manufacturer, printer or site constraints and appoint an approver. Regulatory checks, technical measurements, permissions and product-specific notices need competent specialists where required.

External costs

Printing, manufacturing, installation, fonts, images, materials and travel are not included in starting prices unless explicitly stated. No third-party purchase or commitment is made without prior agreement on the need and cost.

Files and rights

The quotation identifies supplied files and agreed exploitation rights: work concerned, uses, media, territory and duration. Moral rights and third-party licences remain subject to applicable law. Fonts, images and other resources do not become unrestricted because they are used in a project. Native files or editable templates are supplied when included in the agreement.

Cancellation and changes

Before accepting a quotation, a request for information can be discontinued without placing an order. After agreement, changes or project cancellation and the treatment of completed work are considered under the contract and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal where applicable, are preserved.

Mission boundaries

Graphic design is not trademark legal verification, accessibility certification, a safety study, building engineering or regulatory-copy validation. Printed colours, finishes and materials require approval with production providers. No audience, sales or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

Businesses and individuals

Professional and personal projects can be considered. Conditions reflect customer status and mandatory rules. French law is proposed for contracts subject to protections that cannot be excluded, including consumer protections. Difficulties can be reported to business@trameneuve.art.
