Projects for individuals
You may contact us without a business: a personal publication, printed portfolio, exhibition project, initiative identity or collection layout. The studio explains stages, deliverables and options without requiring technical vocabulary. Scope and total price are confirmed before commitment.
An enquiry without an order
The project sheet prepares an email you choose to send. It does not let you order, pay or accept a quotation online. Pre-contractual information, project conditions and any withdrawal rights are supplied before a later contract is concluded.
Tax-inclusive starting prices
Consumer prices are in euros and inclusive of taxes for the described scope. Quantities, exclusions and principal third-party costs are explained on the pages. The quotation confirms the total price and potential expenses before your agreement.
Distance-service withdrawal
Where a distance service contract is concluded with a consumer and the right applies, the usual withdrawal period is fourteen days from contract conclusion. Personalisation of a design service does not automatically remove that right. Relevant information and a withdrawal form must accompany the contractual documents.
Starting within the withdrawal period
Beginning work before the period ends requires your express request under the legal conditions. If the service is then fully performed, loss of withdrawal rights requires the conditions and acknowledgements prescribed by law. A quotation request or website privacy checkbox does not replace these agreements.
Notifying withdrawal
Where applicable, you can send an unambiguous statement to business@trameneuve.art or TRAME NEUVE, 16 rue Bancel, 69007 Lyon, France, identifying the contract concerned. A model is available below. Consequences of an expressly requested early start follow applicable rules, including the proportionate service already performed.
Complaints
For a service difficulty, write to business@trameneuve.art describing the situation, quotation or contract reference and relevant details. The studio reviews the request to seek an amicable solution. Shared information should remain limited to what is needed.
Mediation and other remedies
For a consumer dispute, recourse to a competent mediator is free to the consumer under legal conditions and after a prior written complaint. Details of the arrangement actually selected must be confirmed with TRAME NEUVE before a contract is concluded. This page does not claim affiliation with an unconfirmed organisation. Other legal remedies and protections remain available.
